Lawhive, a legal tech startup that has built a large language model-powered “AI lawyer”, has raised £9.5m in Series A funding led by GV with participation from Episode 1 Ventures
The company's AI tools automate repetitive admin tasks for lawyers, such as client onboarding and document collection
Lawhive also offers a marketplace to match lawyers with consumers and small businesses
The investment follows a £1.5m funding round for the startup secured in April 2022.
