The funding will allow Oddbox to expand its services nationwide, further develop its technology, and support its rapid scale-up
Oddbox has rescued over 2,000 tonnes of produce from going to waste and delivered 400,000 boxes within London.
ProblemFood & Beverage
"Food waste is a huge problem, with millions of tonnes of perfectly good produce going to waste every year. This is bad for the environment and also a waste of resources. Oddbox is trying to solve this problem by making it easier for people to buy and eat sustainable food."
Solution
"Oddbox delivers boxes of fruit and vegetables to people's homes. The produce is sourced from farmers who would otherwise have to throw it away. This means that Oddbox is helping to reduce food waste and make it easier for people to eat sustainably."
