Solivus Raises €2.8 Million to Expand Solar Technology in the UK
Solivus, a London-based solar technology startup, has secured €2.8 million in seed funding from Founders Factory, G-Force, and Crowdcube investors
The funding will be used to scale Solivus's commercial rooftop solar business and mass market its recently launched 'portable' solar sculpture for homeowners
Solivus's flexible, organic thin-film solar panels are a more practical alternative to traditional solar panels and can be wrapped around the flat roofs of warehouses, stadiums, and large offices
The company is also trialing its technology at Cotswold airport, which is set to become the first airport in the world to use organic solar technology to power the site and a new generation of hydrogen aircraft.
