ENOUGH Secures £36 Million to Scale Sustainable Protein Production
ENOUGH, a Glasgow-based foodtech startup specializing in sustainable protein production, has secured £36 million in Series B funding
The round was led by Nutreco and Olympic Investments Inc., with participation from AXA IM Alts, HAL Investments, Tailored Solutions, CPT Capital, and Scottish Enterprise
The funding will be used to accelerate expansion and bring ENOUGH's mycoprotein ingredient to market
The company aims to provide a sustainable alternative to animal protein, contributing to a more sustainable food system.
