Peanut Raises €4.55 Million for Motherhood Social Network and Launches TTC Community
Peanut, a social network for women focused on motherhood, has raised €4.55 million in a Series A funding round led by Index Ventures
The funding brings Peanut's total funding to €8.9 million
The company also announced the launch of TTC (Trying to Conceive), a new online community for women on their journey to conceive
Peanut was founded by Michelle Kennedy, who previously served as the Deputy CEO of Badoo and was an inaugural board member of Bumble
The company has over one million users and is experiencing 20% month-over-month growth
Peanut TTC aims to address the emotional support and mental wellness needs of women going through fertility challenges, a market expected to reach $36 billion by 2023.
