Tomb Raider Creator Backs NURVV's €8.2 Million Series A for Smart Running Tech

  • NURVV, a UK-based startup developing smart shoe insoles and an app for real-time running coaching, has secured €8.2 million in Series A funding led by Hiro Capital, the VC firm co-founded by Tomb Raider and Games Workshop creator Ian Livingstone

  • The funding will be used to launch NURVV Run, the company's sports wearable product, and further research and development of its patented bio-mechanics sensor technology

  • NURVV's technology uses 32 sensors to capture data from the feet at 1,000 times a second per sensor, providing more accurate insights than GPS watches and helping runners improve technique, prevent injuries, and reach their full potential.
