GoCardless Raises $22.5 Million to Expand Recurring Payments Business
GoCardless, a London-based fintech startup that makes recurring payments easy for subscription businesses, has raised $22.5 million in Series C funding led by Accel, with participation from Balderton Capital, Notion, and Passion Capital
The company, which operates in the U.K., Eurozone, and Sweden, is planning to expand into Australia and Denmark soon
GoCardless has processed over $4bn worth of transactions across more than 30,000 organisations in the U.K
and Europe, working with small startups and large enterprises across a number of industries.
