UK Wealthtech Prosper Raises £1m in Crowdfunding Round
Prosper, a UK wealthtech startup backed by Monzo co-founder Tom Blomfield, is looking to raise £1m via crowdfunding on Crowdcube
The company was founded in 2020 by former Tandem executives Ricky Knox and Nick Perrett, along with former Nutmeg COO Phil Bungey
It aims to disrupt the wealth management sector by offering lower fees and a more tech-focused approach
Prosper has raised £7.9m in total and has around 500 customers
The funds from the raise will be used to bring access to private markets in the Prosper app for its users.
