Bimsense Raises £750K to Enhance Building Safety Platform
Bimsense, a UK-based proptech company specializing in building information modeling (BIM), has secured an additional £750,000 in funding
This brings the company's total funding to £1.8 million
The investment was led by NPIF - Mercia Equity Finance
Bimsense plans to use the funds to enhance its Operance platform, which assists companies in adhering to the Building Safety Act
Operance is currently utilized by various organizations including Campden, Basildon, Harrow, and construction firms such as Kier, Higgins, United Living, Vermont, and Rider Levett Bucknall
The company experienced a 44% increase in turnover in the financial year ending in August and is projected to create six new jobs in the coming year.
