Dubit Secures $8 Million to Expand Metaverse Gaming Experiences
Dubit, a UK-based games studio and developer of virtual worlds, has raised $8 million in funding led by Metaventures and French investor Jean-Charles Capelli
Dubit plans to use the funds to create massively interactive live events in Roblox and the wider metaverse, including launching Metaverse Gaming League, a live-streamed esports league in the metaverse
The company is already working with brands such as Disney, Facebook and Lego and is taking them into Roblox.
