SigmaOS, a UK-based web browser startup focused on security and collaboration for Mac users, has raised £3.4 million in funding
The round was led by LocalGlobe with participation from several investors, including Y Combinator
SigmaOS plans to use the funding to expand its team, accelerate product development, and continue its growth
The company, founded by Mahyad Ghassemibouyaghchi, launched its beta version in 2021 after being selected for Y Combinator
It has already gained tens of thousands of users in over 100 countries.
