B-Secur Secures £4 Million to Expand ECG Biometrics Business
B-Secur, a Belfast-based ECG biometrics company, raised £4 million in follow-on funding from Accelerated Digital Ventures (ADV) and Kernel Capital
The company will use the funds to expand its business reach
B-Secur provides software solutions that use ECG/EKG biometrics for user authentication and beyond, to health and wellness metrics
They launched its Heartkey brand at CES, which combines unique user identification with advanced physiological monitoring for health and wellness purposes
They are now partnering with some of the world’s top motoring manufacturers, global wearable and fitness tracker technology firms and semiconductor manufacturers, to embed Heartkey into multiple everyday technologies and wearables.
