Crypto Quantique Raises $8M in Seed Funding

Crypto Quantique, a UK-based cybersecurity company, has secured $8 million in seed funding led by ADV with participation from Entrepreneur First. The company, founded by Shahram Mossayebi, Kumi Thiruchelvam, and Dr. Patrick Camilleri, provides a quantum-driven cybersecurity platform for IoT using advanced cryptography and quantum physics. The funding will be used for market launch of its key and lifecycle management software, team growth, and enhancements to its Key Management Service (KMS) and cryptography. Crypto Quantique's KMS aims to integrate seamlessly into any IoT platform, enabling secure device onboarding, attestation, revocation, and identity provisioning.
