Health Centrified, a UK-based developer of a communication platform offering secure digital access to healthcare services, received £200k in seed funding from Mercia Fund Management and the NHS-backed West Midlands Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs) fund
The company will use the funds to support the development, evaluation, and commercialisation of its software platform
Led by CEO Syed Abrar, Health Centrified provides patient engagement software for clinicians to measure patient outcomes outside of a healthcare setting and for patients to spot patterns in their behaviour that affect their health
The company is also looking to build relationships with US healthcare providers.
