LoopMe Raises $120 Million in Majority Investment from Mayfair Equity Partners
LoopMe, a UK-based brand-focused mobile advertising platform, has received a $120 million majority investment from Funds advised by Mayfair Equity Partners
The deal, which is expected to close by February 2022, values the company at close to $200 million
Mayfair will become the majority investor, partnering with LoopMe's founders, Stephen Upstone and Marco van de Bergh, its wider management team and existing institutional investors including BGF
LoopMe intends to use the funds to continue expanding internationally, including into new geographies such as Japan, while bringing innovative new products to market
Founded in 2012, LoopMe provides Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) ad technologies to optimize media campaign delivery in real-time
The company is headquartered in the UK, with global offices across New York, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, Singapore, Dnipro (Ukraine), Japan and Hong Kong.
