Ventrica, a Southend-on-Sea UK-based outsourced contact centre, raised £9m in funding from Mobeus Equity Partners. Ventrica intends to use the funds to expand its presence in the UK and Europe to support its multi-lingual client base that serve customers across global markets. Founded in 2010 by Dino Forte, Ventrica provides intelligent, multi-lingual and omni-channel outsourced customer contact services to a range of global “blue-chip” brands.
