Tonkotsu Raises £5M in Funding

Tonkotsu, a UK-based ramen restaurant chain, has secured £5 million in funding from YFM Equity Partners. The company plans to use the investment to expand its operations and open new locations. Tonkotsu currently operates ten restaurants in London and Birmingham, with two more planned to open this year.  Entrepreneur and Dragon’s Den star Sarah Willingham will chair the business.
