Signum Health Secures £400k Funding to Scale Digital Health Business
Signum Health, a Caerphilly-based HealthTech startup, has raised £400,000 in equity funding, bringing the total amount raised to date to £600,000
The round was led by the Development Bank of Wales
Signum Health uses artificial intelligence and cloud-based technology to deliver remote health care and support within local communities
The company's Social Prescribing Platform enables GPs and other healthcare professionals to refer patients to non-clinical services, while its diagnostic platform helps GPs with remote assessment, triage and diagnosis of a wide range of symptoms, including Teledermatology
The company has appointed Professor Stephen Smith FMedSci, former CEO of Imperial College NHS Trust, as its Chairman.
