Ultrahaptics Secures £10.1 Million in Series A Funding for Mid-Air Haptic Technologies
Ultrahaptics, a Bristol, UK-based developer and licensor of mid-air haptic technologies, has secured £10.1 million in Series A funding
The round was led by Woodford Investment Management with participation from existing shareholder IP Group plc, employees, and other investors
Ultrahaptics, which has raised £11.3 million to date, plans to use the funds for continued technology development

Users can 'feel' touch-less buttons, get feedback for mid-air gestures, or interact with virtual objects.
