QX Global Group, a London-based provider of business process management services, has received a £100 million growth investment from Long Ridge Equity Partners. The company plans to use the funds to support further platform development and global expansion. Founder and Executive Chairman Chris Robinson will step down from the QX Board after leading the business for 20 years, with Pom Chakravarti assuming the role of Group CEO and Abidali Neemuchwala joining as Chairman. Founded in 2003, QX has grown to a team of over 3,000 staff across operations in 18 countries.
