Kao Data Secures Investment from Infratil and Legal & General Capital
Kao Data, a London, UK-based developer and operator of data centers for enterprise, cloud, HPC and AI, has received an investment from Infratil and Legal & General Capital
The amount of the deal was not disclosed
Infratil will now hold a majority stake of 53%, Legal & General Capital will hold 32%, and Goldacre NOÉ Group, Kao Data’s founding investors, will hold 15%
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its plans to scale across the United Kingdom
