RateSetter Raises £13 Million in Equity Funding
RateSetter, a London-based peer-to-peer lending platform, has raised £13 million in equity funding from existing shareholders Woodford Investment Management and Artemis
The round valued the business at over £200 million
RateSetter will use the funds to scale up the business ahead of the anticipated launch of its Innovative Finance ISA
The company, which has raised over £40 million in total capital since its launch in 2010, has originated close to £2 billion of loans to date.
