Mendelian Secures £1.4M to Expand AI-Powered Rare Disease Diagnosis Tool
Mendelian, a London-based digital health company, has received over £1.4 million in funding from the Artificial Intelligence in Health and Care Awards
The company, led by Dr Peter Fish, has developed MendelScan, an AI case-finding tool, currently implemented in over 50 NHS primary care practices in England
The funding will be used to further develop and roll out MendelScan, allowing for real-world efficacy testing and exploring its potential for nationwide adoption across the UK's health service.
