Unwasted, a London-based company transforming waste cardboard into sustainable building materials, has secured £1.5 million in seed funding led by Elbow Beach Capital
The company will use the funds to scale production of its Neverwaste panel board, a sustainable alternative to virgin wood-based panels
Unwasted plans to build a full-scale production plant in Denmark, expected to generate £80 million in revenue annually and save significant resources
The company aims to have at least five operational sites in Europe, Australia, and the US by 2030.
ProblemManufacturing
"Unwasted aims to reduce the environmental impact of waste by transforming it into high performance materials with an endless lifecycle."
Solution
