Fabacus Secures £4.5 Million to Expand Global Licensing Platform
Fabacus, a UK-based SaaS global licensing platform, has raised £4.5 million in funding led by Wealth Club with participation from Tom Singh OBE, Seneca Partners, Inovia, and Mitch Foreman
The funds will be used to accelerate growth, expand operations, and increase business reach
Fabacus' platform, Xelacore, bridges the flow of licensed product sales reporting information and the data flow between licensor, licensee, and end-user, enabling new capabilities such as consumer engagement initiatives and providing data capture and structuring to meet ESG reporting requirements
The company serves clients including Epic Games, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Skydance Animation, Ubisoft, and Activision Blizzard and has strategic partnerships with IMG Licensing, Fanatics, and Wildbrain CPLG.
