Unlock, a London, UK-based SaaS-enabled marketplace to build culture among remote teams, has raised a $2m seed round
The round was led by La Famiglia, with participation from Kima Ventures, Antler, GuideStar Ventures and angels Eduardo Ronzano, Thibaud Elziere, Frederic Montagnon, Julien Romanetto, Nicolas Steegmann, Philipp Moehring, Andy Chung, Ville Vesterinen and Deepali Nangia from Atomico Angel Network, Richard Faern, Ian Hathaway, Lu Li, co-founders of Personio and Foodora, VP Product at Malt, etc
Unlock provides a SaaS-based marketplace that creates healthy culture habits for remote teams while adding a new source of revenue for virtual event creators
Companies can also choose to get personalised cultural calendars consisting of a range of different activities every month
It currently offers 300+ purpose-built bite-size games and icebreakers, as well as 50+ curated hosted experiences, and is used by remote-first teams around the world.
