Brillband Secures £660K Funding to Expand App-Based Broadband Service
Brillband, a Glasgow, UK-based provider of an app broadband, raised £660K in funding led by Fuel Ventures, as well as private investment from renowned bankers and industry experts
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and launch in the UK
Brillband’s native consumer-centric features include 1GB speeds with no entry price points, up-to-the-minute network diagnostics and updates via push notifications, malware detection capability and built-in security software, and round-the-clock access to local customer service teams all at customers’ fingertips
Brillband aims to have 10,000 customers and a team of 20 by the end of 2023, rising to 40,000 customers by the end of 2024
Mr Di Biase estimates the firm will have 120,000 customers by 2025.
