Primary Portal, a London-based company digitizing equity capital market processes, has secured €8.9 million in Series A funding led by Deutsche Börse Group's venture capital arm, DB1 Ventures
Existing investors Dutch Founders Fund and Flow Traders also participated in the round
Primary Portal connects banks and asset managers, enabling straight-through processing in capital markets transactions
With the new funding, the company plans to expand its offering and advance its analytical data solutions.
