ProblemTechnology
"Finding and managing flexible staff is a time-consuming and expensive process for businesses. Traditional recruitment agencies are often inflexible and expensive, and finding qualified workers on short notice can be difficult."
Solution
"Coople is an on-demand staffing platform that connects businesses with a pool of flexible workers. The platform uses an algorithm to match workers with the right skills and availability to the needs of businesses. Coople automates the entire HR process, from planning and recruiting to on-boarding, hiring, workforce management, payroll, and payments. This allows businesses to save time and money on HR administration."
