Lightyear Raises $25 Million to Become the 'Robinhood of Europe'
Lightyear, a London-based investment platform, has raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Mosaic Ventures, Taavet+Sten, Metaplanet, and Virgin Group
The company plans to use the funds to expand across Europe, starting with 19 Eurozone countries
Lightyear, which launched in the UK last year, is the first neobroker to unlock most of Europe in one move, offering commission-free, fee-free, and custody-free investing.
