char.gy Secures £100 Million to Expand UK EV Charging Network
char.gy, a London-based EV charging company, has secured £100 million in funding from the Charging Infrastructure Investment Fund (CIIF) managed by Zouk Capital
The investment will accelerate the rollout of char.gy's public on-street charging infrastructure across the UK, aiming to reach 100,000 charge points by 2030
This will support the transition to electric vehicles for up to 1 million drivers, especially those without off-street parking
The funding will also support the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Fund (LEVI), ensuring equitable access to charging infrastructure.
