Jet-Vac Systems Ltd, a UK-based specialist industrial cleaning company, has been acquired by its management team in a management buyout (MBO) backed by Finance Wales and other investors

The company, founded in 1989, provides services for the petrochemical, power, and utilities markets, including oil refineries, coal and gas-fired power stations, cement works, and waste-water treatment plants

The management team, led by Managing Director Geraint Jones, plans to expand the company's range of services for both existing and new customers.
