Streetbees Raises €34 Million to Decode Human Behavior
Streetbees, a London-based market research startup, has raised €34 million in Series B funding led by Lakestar, with participation from LocalGlobe, Atomico, GMG Ventures, and Octopus
The company's platform leverages a community of 3.5 million consumers to decode human behavior by recording their purchasing decisions
Streetbees uses deep neural networks to analyze the data, providing insights for companies like PepsiCo, Unilever, and Procter and Gamble
The funding will be used to expand data acquisition across new verticals, including media & entertainment and finance, and to increase headcount from 100 to 230 over the next 12 months.
ProblemTechnology
"Traditional market research is slow, expensive, and often doesn't capture the true reasons behind consumer decisions. It's hard for brands to understand what people are really thinking and feeling, especially in the offline world."
Solution
"Streetbees is building a platform that uses a global community of 3.5 million consumers to collect real-time data on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This data is then analyzed using AI to provide brands with insights into what drives consumer decisions. This allows brands to make better decisions about their products, marketing, and overall strategy."
