Flusso Secures $5.7m Series A Funding to Scale Up Flow Sensor Production
Flusso, a semiconductor company spun out of the University of Cambridge, has raised $5.7 million in a Series A funding round to develop and scale up production of its patented flow sensor technology.
ProblemTechnology
"Flow meters are traditionally used in industrial, automotive, and medical products to monitor the movement of gas or liquid. The market is worth $8 billion annually, but is highly fragmented in terms of technologies and applications, an innovation has been lacking in consumer products in particular."
Solution
"Flusso's patent-protected technology enables flow sensors to be made significantly smaller and less expensive, while adding enhanced functionality and without compromising performance."
