Alloyed Raises £37M in Series B Funding

Alloyed, a UK-based advanced metallic components manufacturer, raised £37 million in Series B funding.  The round was led by SPARX and the Development Bank of Japan, with participation from several other investors. Alloyed will use the funds to expand its manufacturing facilities and accelerate the development of its digital platforms.

Alloyed is an Oxford, UK-based developer and manufacturer of advanced metallic components for aerospace and electronics.  It focuses on automated design and manufacturing through additive manufacturing, or industrial-scale ‘3D printing’, combining many functions into one metal part. Its customers include Boeing, Microsoft, Anglo American, and BMW, with applications spanning various industries.
